Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company, formerly Bim Son Cement Company - a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation, was established in 1993 through the merger of the Business Materials Company No. 4 and Bim Son Cement Plant. In 2006, the company officially became a joint-stock company and changed its name to Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company; in the same year, the company was licensed for listing and trading on the HNX under the ticker symbol BCC. In 2013, the company produced nearly 3 million tons of clinker and sold over 3.9 million tons of products, including nearly 3.5 million tons of cement and more than 588,000 tons of clinker.

From November 2016 to March 2021, Resoco Refractory Material Solutions Joint Stock Company had the honor of being the annual supplier of refractory materials, including 1,000 tons of various types of refractory concrete; heat-resistant steel fibers; over 2,000 heat-resistant steel anchors; thermal insulation panels; and 3,000 m² of ceramic fiber for repairing and maintaining the rotary kiln system at Bim Son Cement Plant.
