Providing refractory materials for The Vissai Cement Plant

The Vissai Cement Group is a conglomerate with five large cement plants and significant production capacity:

I/ Cement Products

– The Vissai Ninh Binh:

• DCI: 2,500 tons of clinker/day ~ 1 million tons of cement/year
• DCII: 6,500 tons of clinker/day ~ 2.6 million tons of cement/year

– The Vissai Ha Nam: 7,500 tons of clinker/day ~ 3 million tons of cement/year

– The Vissai Dong Banh (Lang Son): 2,500 tons of clinker/day ~ 1 million tons of cement/year

– The Vissai Song Lam, Sông Lam 2 (Nghe An): 18,000 tons of clinker/day ~ 7 million tons of cement/year

From July 2018 to 2021, Resoco Refractory Material Solutions Joint Stock Company had the honor of being the supplier of refractory materials, including various types of refractory concrete and other heat-resistant materials such as thermal insulation panels and ceramic fiber insulation, for the repair and maintenance of the rotary kiln systems at all cement plants of The Vissai Cement Group:
