Resoco produces abrasion-resistant mortars with Al2O3 content ranging from 25% to 65%, which are used for areas subjected to abrasion in cement production lines, mineral processing, thermal power plants, waste incineration furnaces, etc. Depending on the specific conditions of the repair work, we will produce corresponding mortar types, ensuring the best quality and maximizing cost savings for our customers. The products that our company is currently manufacturing and supplying include:

  • Application by Vibration Tamping Method: Typical products include Resoflex-1000, Resoflex-1200, Resoflex-1300, and Resoflex-1500, with abrasion resistance ranging from 4 to 5. Resoflex-1500 has abrasion resistance from 4 to 5.
  • Application by Dry Spraying Method: Typical products include Resoflex-1000, Resoflex-1200, Resoflex-1300, and Resoflex-1500, with abrasion resistance of 3 or less.

Usage Characteristics:

  1. Install mesh (purchase mesh/hexagonal mesh)
  2. Mix the dry mixture (abrasion-resistant mortar) for 1 minute
  3. Add water to the dry mixture and mix for 8 minutes
  4. Apply the abrasion-resistant mortar onto the mesh
  5. Spray the Resoflex treatment compound

Note:

  • Resoflex abrasion-resistant mortars (Resoflex-1000/1200/1300/1500) are pre-mixed dry compounds packaged in 25kg bags. They should be stored in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, to maintain the best properties of the compound.
  • When mixing the compound, a mixer with a paddle should be used.
  • After 3 minutes of adding water, the compound should show a transformation from a dry to a plastic state.
  • Avoid contact of the compound with aluminum and coated metals, and it should be applied to the steel mesh according to standard requirements.
