1. Thermal Concrete:

Thermal concrete (also known as refractory concrete) is the main product produced and supplied by Resoco. This thermal concrete is widely used in the construction and lining of kilns for clinker production in cement plants, boilers for thermal power plants, sugar mills, paper mills, metallurgical furnaces, oil refining, waste incineration plants, and other industries that require high temperatures.

2. Thermal Insulation Concrete:

Thermal insulation concrete has excellent heat insulation properties with temperatures up to thousands of degrees Celsius. Resoco provides thermal insulation concrete for various kiln projects, dryers, metallurgical furnaces, and boilers.

3. Thermal Insulation Materials:

a. Ceramic Fiber Insulation: Ceramic fiber, also known as thermal ceramic fiber, is widely used for thermal insulation in industrial furnaces such as cement kilns, boilers, waste incinerators, etc.

b. Calcium Silicate Insulation Boards: Commonly known as thermal insulation sheets, these are frequently used in industrial furnaces.

c. Thermal Insulation Cotton: Glass wool, Rockwool, and other insulation cotton in sheet or roll forms.

4. Refractory Bricks:

Refractory bricks are essential in the construction of refractory industries. Resoco supplies various types of refractory bricks, including straight, curved, and irregular-shaped bricks. We also provide fire-resistant bricks such as alumina bricks and chamotte bricks.

Depending on the type, refractory bricks are produced with different compositions, primarily aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and must meet the principles of low expansion, high porosity, fire resistance, and high temperature tolerance. They also need to be insulated to ensure energy efficiency. Refractory bricks are widely used in industrial kiln construction, as well as for building walls, partitions, and kiln roofs.
