Small-Sized Precast Refractory Products

Resoco manufactures and supplies small-sized precast refractory products (also called shaped refractory materials).

These small-sized precast refractory products (also called shaped refractory materials), which are non-standard sizes such as components for burners, ore reduction roasting baskets, ceramic anchors, etc., are manufactured by Resoco using molds and cast precisely according to customer drawings. Depending on the product’s application conditions, Resoco formulates suitable mixes. The products are cast on vibrating tables, resulting in high density and excellent mechanical strength.

Large-Sized Precast Refractory Products

Resoco manufactures and supplies large-sized precast refractory products (also called shaped refractory materials).

These large-sized precast refractory products (also called shaped refractory materials) such as hot blast valve vanes for coke ovens, hot gas duct ceiling panels, etc., incorporate heat-resistant steel structures and heat-resistant steel fibers to ensure bonding and mechanical strength of the components. RESOCO’s experts will calculate and design the steel structure to eliminate expansion stress of the structural steel that could cause cracking or breakage of the product.
